Last week i was up in the Highlands of Scotland, i was meant to going up solo and meet a crew up there, but managed to get one of me mates so drunk in the bar i was working in on the night I left I convinced him to come with with me.
All star crew of Nic Von Rupp, Marlon Lipke, Rusty Long, Jed and Me (not sure how that happened), we surfed all the well known spots Thurso, Gills etc but when the swell filled in, some crazy, shallow, heavy slabs started to go.
I've surfed most of the waves up there but this one left was the craziest by far! first wave i broke my board, i didn't even get to my feet i think. the wave after, Rusty broke his board. After i went and got another board I went back in and got some sick ones!
We had Al Mackinnon and Matt Van Geffen on the cameras.
